If your policy has been paid at some time in the past (or currently) by cash using a Premium Receipt Book it will be an Industrial Branch policy. If your policy has not been paid using one of these books then it will be an Ordinary Branch policy (which includes pensions).
If your policy was originally purchased from Friends Provident, London & Manchester or Irish Life it will be an Industrial Branch policy.
Industrial Branch and Ordinary Branch policies are serviced by different teams at Royal Liver. Please click here for their contact details.
If you have a Royal Liver Asset Managers investment, ISA (Individual Savings Account) or OEIC (Open Ended Investment Company), please contact Royal Liver Asset Managers on 0870 6066474.
